For security purposes, the card numbers are not kept by the company.
Credit card refund policy
The client may download the ordered antivirus software within 48 hours. Did not the client download the software within this time span the online shop would return him money back. For that, the client must provide the client support service with the product code and his name.
The online shop guarantees 100% refund in case of download problems.
If the client is not satisfied with the product he may report this issue to issue@softranger.com
General Terms
